How do I deposit funds?

Tap Deposit on the home screen. Options:

Debit/credit card (via Meld onramp)
Bank transfer (ACH, SEPA, etc. — depending on country)
Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)
Crypto deposit (USDC, USDT, etc.)

What are the deposit limits?

Minimum: $10 USD equivalent
Maximum: depends on your verification level and payment method — see Settings → Limits

How long do deposits take?

What fees are there for deposits?

Alpha doesn’t charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may charge one — the total is shown before you confirm.

Can I deposit crypto directly?

Yes. Tap Deposit → Crypto for your deposit address. We support USDC on major networks (Ethereum, Base, Solana).

Sending the wrong asset or to the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. Always double-check the network before sending.

Why was my deposit declined?

Card issuer blocked the transaction (call your bank)
Insufficient funds
Card not supported in your country
Daily/monthly limit reached

Try a different payment method or contact support.

My deposit hasn’t arrived — what do I do?

Check the transaction status in Activity
Wait for the expected processing time
For crypto, verify the transaction confirmed on-chain
If it’s been longer than expected, contact support with your transaction ID
