How does Alpha protect my account?

  • Biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint)
  • 2FA for sensitive actions (withdrawals, large trades)
  • Email and SMS alerts for logins, trades, and withdrawals
  • Wallet keys stored in your device’s secure enclave
  • Real-time fraud monitoring

How do I avoid phishing?

Alpha will never DM you on social media asking for your password, code, or to “verify” your account.
  • Only download Alpha from the official App Store or Google Play
  • Never share your login code or password with anyone — not even Alpha support
  • Always check the URL — only tradealpha.app and its official subdomains are legitimate
  • Bookmark official URLs instead of clicking links from emails or DMs

Someone is impersonating Alpha — what do I do?

Report it via support. Include:
  • Screenshots
  • The source (Twitter/X handle, Telegram username, fake URL, etc.)
  • Any messages they sent you

Are perpetuals risky?

Yes. Perpetual futures with leverage are high-risk. You can lose your entire margin in minutes. Never trade with money you can’t afford to lose.
